Admission and Discharge Policy An interview will be arranged to familiarize you and your child with the surroundings, answer questions, and complete admission prior to enrolment. A non-refundable registration fee is required ($100 for Full-Time care and $50 for Part-Time care) and to be paid at this time. For the first week you are encouraged to stay with your child at the beginning of the day in order to reassure him or her and minimize fear until you and your child become more comfortable. Written notice of permanent withdrawal must be given one month in advance. If notice is not received, full program fees will be charged. A permanent space cannot be guaranteed if you wish to temporarily withdraw your child. Therefore, your child will be placed on a waiting list. Vacation Policy Students are allowed to have 2 weeks vacation/sick leave per year for Full-Time and Part-Time students (AM or PM, five days a week). A written notice is required one month in advance about any up coming holidays in order for you not to be charged. If you do not use the 2 weeks of holidays there are not refunds available. For Kindergarten and School Age students who do not require July & August care, we require a written notice by the end of April in order for you not to be charged and to hold your space for September. The July & August leaves will count for the 2 weeks vacation/sick leave allowed. |
