Admission and Discharge Policy

1. An interview will be arranged to familiarize you
and your child with the surroundings, answer
questions, and complete admission forms prior to
enrolment. A non-refundable registration fee is
required ($100 for Full-time care, and $50 for
Part-time care) and can be paid at this time. For the
first week you are encouraged to stay with your
child at the beginning of the day in order to
reassure him/her and minimize fears until you and
your child become more comfortable.

2. Written notice of permanent withdrawal must be
given one month in advance. If notice is not
received, full program fees will be charged. A
permanent space cannot be guaranteed if you wish
to temporarily withdraw your child. Therefore, your
child will be placed on a waiting list.

Vacation and Sick Leave Policy

Each child may be absent for a total of two weeks
(10 working days) in a year or 0.84 day per month for
vacation and sick leave without paid. For vacation
leave, at least one month written notice is required,
for sick leave, a letter from a physician is required.
All other absents will be charged.
